Vision Statement:

Provide opportunities for social interaction, faith, stewardship, and FUNdraising for our parish family. Our annual program of events typically includes the development and organization of:

• Parish Social Events such as the annual picnic, shrine visits, baseball game, etc.
• Parish Fundraising Events such as the annual Spring Show & Grand Raffle and the Holiday Festival & Silent Auction plus Pick-A-Raffle.

PLC Member responsibilities include attendance at some/most commission monthly meetings in order to help with consensus building, idea development, organizational leadership and support for the PLC annual program of events. Help is always welcome at each of the events and with event promotion and ticket sales. New members always welcome!!

The commission monthly meeting occurs the second Monday of the month at 7:00 pm in the church meeting room.

Event Volunteers : PLC maintains a database of parishioners email addresses and phone numbers who are open to receiving periodic communications providing updates and requests for support for upcoming events (set up, event day, and event cleanup, etc). There are also larger volunteer jobs that need parishioner volunteer support

• Event Chairs : the volunteer who enjoys working with others toward a common goal while providing organization & coordination of event work activities and staff is best suited for this job.
• Event Promotion Specialists : the volunteer who enjoys using the computer to generate event flyers, media ads, posters, tickets is best for this job .
• Event Ticket Sales : help sell event and raffle tickets after weekend masses and during events
