Administration/Finance

This commission is responsible for the overall stewardship function of the parish which includes: (Time commitment one to three years.)

  • Budgeting – prepare the annual budget, in collaboration with Commissions, which reflects the goals and needs of the parish.
     
  • Reporting – monitors actual revenue and expenses; ensuring alignment with the budget and recommends adjustments to spending where appropriate. Manages and monitors the debt obligation of the parish. Provides periodic finance reports to the parish and the Diocesan Finance Office.
     
  • Capital Improvements/Maintenance – makes recommendations to the Parish Pastoral Council on major expenditures, improvements and maintenance to ensure the safety and comfort of parishioners.
